We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on earrings, apparel, or tote bags. We do accept returns or exchanges on everything else. You can return or exchange those items within 14 days of receiving your order by following the process below: 1. The item you wish to return or exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer. 2. Please contact us at freckleandchain@gmail.com with your order number for instructions on how to return or exchange your item. We’d love to hear why you’d like to return/exchange, but there is absolutely no need to give a reason – we stand by a no-questions-asked return policy. 3. Our policy lasts 14 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to be able to offer FREE return shipping on any returns or exchanges! 4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days.

Please keep in mind most Freckle + Chain pieces are handmade to order. Orders are currently shipping within 5 business days from the date your order was placed. You will receive an email with tracking information once the label is printed, we ship using USPS! All stickers are shipped with a stamp and there is no tracking unless you upgrade. All jewelry pieces are handmade, so please handle with care and grace. The 24k gold-plating is fairly durable, but we recommend avoiding getting the pieces wet.

All glassware pieces are handmade, so please handle with care. We recommend hand-wash only and no soaking.

Please wash all apparel inside out on cold and air dry. All apparel is preshrunk and runs true to size. Each piece is handmade with the highest quality vinyl, but please be aware cracking is normal after regular wear. If any of the design starts to lift, you can easily fix yourself by placing a piece of parchment paper on top and ironing it back down.

YUP! Our stickers are made of thick, durable vinyl which protects from scratching, rain, and sunlight. Just be conscious not to scrub when washing any water bottles, etc.
