Shipping & Returns

Return + Exchange Policy

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on earrings, apparel, or tote bags.

We do accept returns or exchanges on everything else.

You can return or exchange those items within 14 days of receiving your order by following the process below:

1. The item you wish to return or exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

2. Please contact us at with your order number for instructions on how to return or exchange your item. We’d love to hear why you’d like to return/exchange, but there is absolutely no need to give a reason – we stand by a no-questions-asked return policy.

3. Our policy lasts 14 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to be able to offer FREE return shipping on any returns or exchanges!

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days.

Shipping Info + Policy

Please keep in mind most Freckle + Chain pieces are handmade to order. Orders are currently shipping within 5 business days from the date your order was placed.

We ship USPS First Class for most orders and it can take anywhere from 3-7 days. Some orders are USPS Priority and it is 2-3 days. You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will include tracking, with the exception of sticker-only orders which ship in a stamped envelope. We are not responsible for items that are stuck in transit. Please reach out to USPS to file claim which tends to get the package moving along. 

Because of the nature of some items, it is possible for them to be damaged in transit. Please reach out within two days of receiving your item(s) with a picture of the broken item and possible damaged packaging. We will send a new product out as soon as possible! 

We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail. The customer is responsible for contacting USPS and filing a lost or stolen claim.
